We advise clients on issues relating to the protection of their privacy and reputation, and represent individuals in litigation regarding family matters (divorce, child custody, alimony, paternity suits, marital property systems, division of marital property), inheritance law issues (drafting last wills and testaments, probate procedures, inheritance divisions), drafting powers of attorneys, written authorizations, contracts.
We render services to Polish expatriates regarding family issues, in particular in disputes over parental rights, child-related matters (e.g. obtaining a passport for a child), alimony, inheritance issues.
We cooperate in such matters with accountants, property managers, tax advisors and private detectives.
▪ Litigation and Arbitration
We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of representing clients in matters resolved by common or arbitration courts (notably the Court of Arbitration of the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw), particularly in litigation regarding medical errors, nosocomial infections, and works contracts.
We represent clients in administrative and penal procedings regarding breaches of public finance discipline.

We advise on legal aspects of advertising materials and advertising projects with regard to the legal compliance, organization, supervision, and monitoring of clinical studies, launching medicinal products onto the market, advertising medicinal products, drafting contracts with medicinal product wholesalers, counteracting unfair competition practices in the medicinal products market, assessing/establishing the admissibility of approvals for generic equivalents of original medicinal products, particularly in the context of intellectual property protection, and the introduction of biocidal products onto the market.
